Use minimum coolant flow to prevent thermal shock. Ensure toolholder rigidity—minimum overhang of 1.5x diameter. For back turning, approach angle should not exceed 93°. Verify insert seating with dial indicator before operation.

  • Use torque wrench for clamping screws (recommended 2.5-3.5 N·m)
