Designed specifically for heavy-duty drilling, structural steel, deep hole applications, general manufacturing, the 7.5mm diameter drill features optimized geometry that minimizes cutting forces, reduces heat generation, and ensures reliable chip evacuation even in deep-hole applications. The TiSiN PVD Coating provides excellent wear resistance and thermal stability, making it suitable for dry machining, MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication), and wet cutting conditions.

Operating Guidelines

  • Tool Runout: Maintain spindle runout ≤ 0.01 mm at the tool tip. Excessive runout will cause premature corner wear and hole oversize.
