Product Overview

The Kyocera SGS 19/64 SGS30009 is a solid-carbide 4-flute, square-end end mill from the Kyocera SGS general-purpose milling program. With a 19/64″ (7.541 mm) cutting diameter on a matched 19/64″ shank, it is built for production profiling, side milling, pocketing and contouring on CNC machining centers.

The TA (TiAlN) coating adds a hard, heat-resistant surface layer (≈3,300 HV) that shields the cutting edge from abrasive wear and thermal softening — extending tool life up to 3× versus uncoated carbide and permitting higher cutting speeds in steels, stainless alloys and cast iron.
