The Kyocera 0.090 SGM09879 is a solid-carbide 4-flute, square-end micro end mill from Kyocera's precision micro-tooling program, engineered in Japan for high-accuracy CNC micro-milling. With a cutting diameter of 0.090″ (2.286 mm) on a rigid 1/8″ (3.175 mm) shank, it is built for slotting, fine profiling, shallow pocketing and detail work on machining centers, high-speed spindles and CNC engraving platforms.

A Titanium Aluminum Nitride (TiAlN) coating adds a hard, heat-resistant surface layer (approx. 3,300 HV) that protects the cutting edge in abrasive and high-temperature cuts, extending tool life up to 3× versus uncoated carbide.
